रहस्यः भगवा आतंकवाद को हिंदू धर्म से कौन जोड़ रहा है

केंद्र में बीजेपी की सरकार बने हुए अब दो साल से ज्यादा हो चुके हैं। पहले दो साल तक तमाम चिंतक, स्तंभकार और लेखक इस बात पर जोर देते रहे कि इतना बहुमत मिला है तो केंद्र सरकार जरूर कुछ करेगी। हमारे जैसे लोग जो किसी भी सरकार को आलोचनात्मक नजरिए से ही देखने की कोशिश करते हैं, इस उम्मीद में रहे कि हो सकता है कि बीजेपी सरकार के तरकश में कोई तीर हो और वो भारत की तमाम बीमारियों का इलाज करने में जुट जाए। लेकिन ऐसा कुछ होता दिखाई नहीं दे रहा और सब्र का पैमाना अब छलकने को है।

यह बात धीरे-धीरे साफ होती जा रही है कि बीजेपी सरकार को ऐसे लोगों का समूह संचालित कर रहा है, जिनके इरादे कुछ और हैं। इस समूह ने संघ परिवार तक को प्रभावित कर रखा है। इस समूह ने जो एजेंडा सरकार बनने के वक्त तय किया था, केंद्र सरकार उसी एजेंडे पर पहले दिन से ही चल रही है। यह समूह अपने एजेंडे को लागू कराने की इतनी जल्दी में है कि उसे लगता है कि अगला मौका नहीं मिलेगा।

बात की शुरुआत ताजा घटनाक्रम से करते हैं। मालेगांव ब्लास्ट में आरोपी साध्वी प्रज्ञा ठाकुर, कर्नल पुरोहित समेत तमाम लोगों को राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने क्लीन चिट दे दी है। ऐसे कदमों से सरकार अब उस तरफ बढ़ रही है, जिस तरफ उसे जाना नहीं चाहिए था। इसके नतीजे बहुत अच्छे नहीं आएंगे। देश के अमन-चैन को पलीता लगाने की कोशिश में सभी लोगों के हाथ बहुत बुरी तरह झुलस सकते हैं। मैं क्या कहना चाहता हूं, उसकी कल्पना या विश्लेषण आप खुद करके देखिए, अगर आप वाकई देशभक्त हैं तो विचलिए हुए बिना नहीं रह सकते।

मालेगांव ब्लास्ट, समझौता एक्सप्रेस ब्लास्ट, मक्का मस्जिद ब्लास्ट वगैरह के बाद देश को बताया गया कि जिस तरह इस्लामिक आतंकवाद का अस्तित्व है, ठीक उसी तरह भगवा आतंकवाद का अस्तित्व भी है। हालांकि इस्लामिक आतंकवाद शब्द इस्राइल ने गढ़ा और पश्चिमी मीडिया ने उसे अपनाने में देर नहीं लगाई। इस्लाम एक धर्म है और दुनिया का कोई भी धर्म आतंकवाद की शिक्षा नहीं देता है। लेकिन भगवा आतंकवाद को जिस तरह हिंदू धर्म से जोड़ने की नापाक कोशिश की गई, उसके पीछे बहुत गहरी साजिश की बदबू आती है।

 इस देश में कई करोड़ हिंदू रहते हैं और उनके बीच भगवा विचारधारा के लोगों की तादाद मुट्ठीभर हैं। इन मुट्ठीभर लोगों की विचारधारा को भारत के अमनपसंद हिंदुओं की विचारधारा नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। जिस तरह अबू बकर बगदादी की विचारधारा का इस्लाम और कुरान से कोई तालमेल नहीं है, ठीक उसी तरह आम भारतीय हिंदूओं का मुट्ठीभर भगवा विचारधारा वालों से कोई संबंध नहीं है।

मैं न तो पहले ये मानने को तैयार था और न आज...कि भारत के तमाम हिंदुओं की आस्था या झुकाव किसी तरह के आतंकवाद में है। पता नहीं किन फर्जी राष्ट्रवादियों के बहकावे में कुछ लोगों ने एक ग्रुप बनाकर ऐसे ब्लास्ट या हमले किए जिनसे भगवा आतंकवाद की बात शुरू हुई।

...लेकिन जिन लोगों ने जिस मकसद से इस शब्द को गढ़ा था, दरअसल वो बहुत चालाकी से बताना चाह रहे थे कि भगवा आतंकवाद ही हिंदू आतंकवाद है। यह हरकत किसने की, अगर उस वक्त की मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स को कोई खंगाले तो पाएगा कि भगवा आतंकवाद शब्द वही लोग लाए जिनके एजेंडे में हिंदू-मुस्लिम ध्रुवीकरण शुरू से शामिल रहा है यानी हिंदू-मुसलमानों को जब तक बांटा नहीं जाएगा तब तक भगवा राजनीति पूरी तरह इस देश को अपने हिसाब से चला नहीं सकती। तत्कालीन गृहमंत्री पी. चिदंबरम अति उत्साह में दक्षिणपंथी विचारकों के जाल में फंसते चले गए और दिन-रात भगवा आतंकवाद का राग अलाप कर संघ और बीजेपी को कटघरे में खड़ा करने की कोशिश करते रहे।

 संघ भी यही चाहता था। संघ इस स्थिति से खुश है। उसने यह भी मान लिया है कि आम हिंदू ने उसे हिंदू हितैषी संगठन के रूप में स्वीकार कर लिया है लेकिन यह उसकी भूल है। ...लगता है कि भारत देश के लोगों की नब्ज पर उसका हाथ नहीं है। हालांकि अभी मैं इसके विस्तार में नहीं जाना चाहता लेकिन इस पर अन्य किसी लेख में चर्चा जरूर की जाएगी।

देश की आजादी के बाद से ही संघ की यह कोशिश रही है कि उसे हिंदू हितैषी चेहरा बताकर माना जाए। इसीलिए उसने हर उस कोशिश को नाकाम करने की पहल की, जिन्होंने भारत को एकता या सभी धर्म-जाति-बिरादरी को साथ लेकर चलने की कोशिश की। देश को एकता के सूत्र में पिरोने वाले महात्मा गांधी की हत्या की उसने कभी निंदा नहीं की। आजादी की लड़ाई में उसने अंग्रेजों का साथ दिया। याद कीजिए देश की आजादी की लड़ाई में जब हिंदू, मुसलमान, दलित, सिख, ईसाई तमाम लोग धर्म, जाति, बिरादरी से ऊपर उठकर शामिल थे तब दक्षिणपंथियों ने तमाम किताबें लिखकर, पर्चे बांटकर, पत्रिकाएं छपवाकर स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन का विरोध किया था।

बहरहाल, 2014 के आम चुनाव में देश के 33-34 फीसदी लोगों ने तमाम धर्म, जाति और बिरादरी से ऊपर उठकर संघ के एजेंडे को आगे बढ़ाने वाली बीजेपी को भारी बहुमत से जिता दिया। ध्यान रहे कि उस आम चुनाव में दक्षिण भारत से बीजेपी की सीटें नहीं आई थीं। यानी भारत नामक देश के आधे हिस्से ने बीजेपी या संघ के एजेंडे पर मुहर नहीं लगाई।

उत्तर भारत के सबसे प्रमुख राज्य बिहार ने भी आम चुनाव की गलती 2016 के विधानसभा चुनाव में न दोहराते हुए बीजेपी को धूल चटा दी यानी कांग्रेस जैसी अखिल भारतीयता बीजेपी को लोकसभा में प्रचंड बहुमत के बाद भी हासिल नहीं है। कुछ राज्यों के चुनाव नतीजे फिर आने वाले हैं। उसके बाद हालात और बदलेंगे। यानी संघ या बीजेपी जिस एजेंडे पर देश को चलाना चाहते हैं, देश के लोग उस पर चलने को तैयार नहीं हैं।      

मालेगांव ब्लास्ट में जिन भी लोगों का हाथ रहा हो, महाराष्ट्र पुलिस के जाबांज अफसर हेमंत किरकिरे उन चेहरों को बेनकाब करके सामने लाए। लेकिन मामूली हितों और अपने एजेंडे को लागू करने की जल्दबाजी में आज वही ताकतें हेमंत किरकिरे की शहादत को अपने पैरों तले मसलना चाह रही हैं। जाहिर है कि देश का अधिकांश मीडिया केंद्र सरकार के इशारों पर जब नाच रहा हो तो वो ताकतें अपने मकसद में कामयाब भी हो जाएंगी।

लेकिन जो चीजें इतिहास के पन्नों में दर्ज हो चुकी हैं बीजेपी अगर उनका पुनर्लेखन भी करा ले तो उन धब्बों को वो उन पन्नों से नहीं मिटा पाएगी। अगर भगवा आतंकवाद वाकई फर्जी है या था तो भी यह देश याद रखेगा कि कैसे देश को बांटने के लिए इस शब्द को गढ़ा गया, कैसे अमनपसंद मुलमानों और हिंदुओं को डराने के लिए इस शब्द का जमकर प्रचार किया गया।

इस देश के लोग मूर्ख नहीं हैं कि वे इन बातों को समझ नहीं पाएंगे कि गुजरात में पुलिस एनकाउंटर का शिकार हुई इशरतजहां को आप आतंकवादी बताएं और साध्वी प्रज्ञा और कर्नल पुरोहित को आप बेदाग छूट जाने दें। हिंदू धर्म सहिष्णु है, उसके लोग उससे भी ज्यादा उदारवादी हैं, वे इन हरकतों को पसंद नहीं कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने आपको इसलिए नहीं जिताया था कि आप अपनी सारी ताकत इशरतजहां को आतंकवादी बताने में लगा दें....कि आप भगवा आतंकवाद का दाग मिटाने के लिए एक साध्वी को जेल से छुड़ा लाएं....कि आप गांधी परिवार को बेइमान साबित करने के लिए देश की जनता का करोड़ों रुपया इसी पर खर्च कर दें...कि आप स्टूडेंट्स नेताओं को चुप कराने के लिए गुंडों का इस्तेमाल करें...अनगिनत मिसाले हैं इस सरकार की फूहड़ता की, जिन्हें गिनाने पर जगह कम पड़ जाएगी।
